Made with layers of pastel rainbow ruffles and a stretchy elastic back, it easily slips onto collars 1 inch or larger. You can fit it onto a slightly smaller collar, but keep in mind it will move around a bit and wont be snug.

All items are 100% canadian and handmade. All accessories are meant to be worn under supervision. This ruffle collar contains - organza ribbon, thread, felt, and elastic.
These can be gently spot or hand washed with cold water and refluffed as needed.
